Keswick is in an idylic location, between Skiddaw mountain
and Derwentwater lake, yet is only half an hour's drive along
the A66 from Junction 40 of the M6 motorway. For those travelling
here by public transport there is a bus station in Keswick served
by local and long distance buses, and the West Coast Mainline
railway station at Penrith is just 18 miles away. |
